Das neue Ausstellungsformat der Kunsthalle Recklinghausen, die Videokunstnächte, startete am 22. Oktober 2021, unter anderem mit einer Videoarbeit unserer Künstlerin Anna Malagrida (El limpiador de cristales, 2010). Für das Format werden die Schaufenster des Museums als Ausstellungsfläche, in denen die Videoarbeiten außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten des Museum von 18 bis 11 Uhr zu sehen sind, benutzt. Das Format hat der neue Direktor der Kunsthalle, Nico Anklam, ins Leben gerufen.
The new exhibition format of Kunsthalle Recklinghausen, the Videokunstnächte, started on October 22, 2021, featuring, among others, a video work by our artist Anna Malagrida (El limpiador de cristales, 2010). For the format, the Kunsthalle’s shop windows will be used as a permanent exhibition space, where the video works can be seen outside the Museum’s opening hours (6pm to 11am). The format was created by the Kunsthalle’s new director Nico Anklam.
